When you submit an enquiry through our website we collect your name, email address, job title or organisation, your choice of retreat format, and any information you choose to share about your situation. We collect only what you provide voluntarily.
We do not collect payment information through this website. Any financial transactions are handled separately and securely.
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange your retreat, and communicate with you about your stay. We do not use your information for any marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Enquiry information is retained for 12 months from the date of your enquiry. Information relating to confirmed retreats is retained for 7 years for accounting and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your information at any time by writing to enquiries@delibera.co.uk.
Your enquiry form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. We do not share your personal information with any other third parties except where required by law.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights please write to enquiries@delibera.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.

These terms govern all retreat bookings made with Delibera Ltd. By confirming a booking you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your stay.
Delibera Ltd is a private retreat business registered in England and Wales. We provide structured thinking retreats for individuals and small groups at our property in Hunsterson, Cheshire, and at selected international locations. Our retreats are facilitated experiences designed to support clear thinking and decision-making. We are not consultants, therapists, legal advisors, or financial advisors, and nothing said or facilitated during a retreat constitutes professional advice of any kind.
All retreats are arranged by personal conversation and confirmed in writing by email. A booking is confirmed when you have received a written confirmation from Delibera and paid the deposit. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Retreat pricing is agreed individually at the time of booking and confirmed in writing. A deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the start of your retreat. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT where applicable.
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
We strongly recommend that guests take out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of all monies paid. We will not be liable for any additional costs you have incurred such as travel or accommodation.
Each retreat includes all facilitated sessions, all meals during your stay, accommodation as agreed at the time of booking, and a 30-day follow-up call with your facilitator. Travel to and from the property is not included.
Our retreats are facilitated thinking experiences. Our facilitators are not qualified therapists, medical practitioners, legal advisors, or financial advisors. Nothing discussed or facilitated during a retreat constitutes professional advice. Guests are responsible for their own decisions and for seeking appropriate professional advice where necessary. Delibera accepts no liability for decisions made by guests during or following a retreat.
We ask all guests to engage with the retreat in good faith and to treat our property, staff, and other guests with respect. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave if their behaviour is inappropriate or disruptive, without refund.
Guests with significant mental health conditions are asked to disclose this before booking so we can ensure our retreat is appropriate for their needs. We are not a therapeutic or medical facility.
We treat everything discussed during a retreat as strictly confidential. We will not share information about your attendance, your situation, or your discussions with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
We will not photograph, film, or record you without your explicit consent. We will never reference you by name in any marketing materials without your written permission.
Delibera's total liability to you in connection with any retreat shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that retreat. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
